AMGA Course/Exam Rescheduling Fee
Courses and exams are non-refundable.
A strict policy is required because once spots are filled, they are closed to other participants.
If you need to reschedule your course or exam, you may do so for a fee. The reason the fee is required is because your rescheduling may have prevented us from booking others in a course or exam, which is a financial loss on our end. Furthermore, late program date changes will result in loss of your spot from your original course/exam and may also result in our company losing a participant in the one you have switched to.
In worst case scenarios, courses and exams can even be canceled for paying participants.
Please understand that this policy is meant to provide an insurance policy to people who may have extenuating circumstances prevent them from being able to attend.
